By accessing or using Changolog ("Service"), operated by Lima Digital Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Changolog provides a changelog widget service for SaaS companies. The Service allows users to:
- Create and manage product changelog updates
- Embed a customizable widget on their websites
- Track engagement analytics
- Collect email subscribers for update notifications
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
We offer Free, Pro, and Lifetime subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month
- Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time payment of $99
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate any third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lima Digital Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lima Digital Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your Account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
